दो संकुलो के 80 प्रतिभागियों के लिये चहक का पांच दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण का हुआ शुभारंभ चहकChahak's five-day training started for 80 participants of two packages.

 ट्रेनिंग-- -संकुल स्तर के सभी विद्यालय के प्रधानाध्यपक समेत एक शिक्षक को दी गई स्पेशल ट्रेनिंग।। 

--प्रशिक्षण में गतिविधियों के माध्यम से बच्चो में पढ़ने का दिया जा रहा प्रशिक्षण।

सीतामढ़ी,स्कूली बच्चों में पढ़ाई के प्रति रूचि बरकरार रखने व बढ़ावा देने को चहक कार्यक्रम का उदघाटन प्रखंड प्रमुख अफजल अंसारी, उपप्रमुख सुधीर कुंवर, बीडीओ संजीत कुमार,  बीईओ पूनम कुमारी ,संचालक कौशल किशोर राय व राजीव ने संयुक्त रूप से की । इस कार्यक्रम के लिए जिला स्तर से प्रशिक्षित किये गये प्रशिक्षकों द्वारा प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।  प्रखंड के मध्य विद्यालय बनगांव बालक,मध्य विद्यालय संदवार में प्रशिक्षुओं को आकलन व मूल्यांकन, भाषा के आयामो, सुबोपली पद्धति, प्रथम मास की गतिविधि बच्चो के बीच भाषा विकास, मानसिक व शरीरिक विकास के बारे में जानकारी प्रशिक्षकों द्वारा दिया गई।  प्रारंभिक शिक्षा के बीईओ पूनम कुमारी ने बताया कि राज्य परियोजना निदेशक बिहार शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद के निर्देश पर रेडीनेस मॉड्यूल चहक के कार्यान्वयन के लिए जिले के शिक्षकों को 40 40 के बैच में पांच दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। प्रशिक्षण लेने के बाद ये प्रशिक्षित शिक्षक संकुल स्तर पर सभी विद्यालय के प्रधानाध्यापक एवं वर्ग एक के शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षण देंगे। बीईओ ने बताया कि कक्षा1 से 3 के बच्चों को साक्षरता के साथ-साथ ज्ञान हो, इसके लिए बिहार शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद द्वारा यह कदम उठाया गया है। दरअसल इस प्रशिक्षण का मुख्य उद्देश्य बच्चों को विद्यालय के प्रति सहज बनाना है।  इस प्रशिक्षण में मध्य विद्यालय मधुबन व रसलपुर संकुल के 80 प्रतिभागी भाग ले रहे है। इस प्रशिक्षण में प्रशिक्षक के रूप में विशाल कुमार, आँचल कुमारी,मुकेश कुमार, रीमा कुमारी, वही मेंटर के रूप में रवि कुमार व कौशल किशोर राय को तैनात किया गया है।

Training- Chehak's five-day training started for 80 participants of two packages. Special training given to a teacher including the headmaster of all the schools at the package level. The training being given to the children to read through the activities in the training.

The program was inaugurated jointly by Block Head Afzal Ansari, Deputy Chief Sudhir Kunwar, BDO Sanjeet Kumar, BEO Poonam Kumari, Director Kaushal Kishore Rai and Rajiv to promote and maintain interest in studies in Sitamarhi, school children. For this program, training was given by the trainers trained from the district level. In the block's Middle School Bangaon Boys, Middle School Sandwar, the trainees were given information about assessment and evaluation, dimensions of language, Subopali method, first month's activity, language development, mental and physical development among the children. BEO of Elementary Education Poonam Kumari informed that on the instructions of the State Project Director, Bihar Education Project Council, teachers of the district will be given five-day training in batches of 40 for the implementation of the readiness module. After taking training, these trained teachers will give training to all the school headmasters and class I teachers at the cluster level. The BEO said that this step has been taken by the Bihar Education Project Council for the children of classes 1 to 3 to have knowledge along with literacy. Actually the main objective of this training is to make the children comfortable towards the school. In this training 80 participants of Middle School Madhuban and Rasalpur Sankul are participating. In this training, Vishal Kumar, Aanchal Kumari, Mukesh Kumar, Reema Kumari, Ravi Kumar and Kaushal Kishore Rai have been posted as mentors in this training.
