जिलाधिकारी मनेश कुमार मीणा के निर्देश के आलोक में  थाना दिवस के अवसर पर  जिले के सभी थानों में भूमि विवाद के मामलों पर त्वरित सुनवाई  को लेकर अंचलाधिकारियों  एवं थानाध्यक्षो द्वारा बैठक कर सुनवाई की गई,कई मामलों का ऑन स्पॉट निष्पादन भी किया गया।  विदित हो कि जिलाधिकारी द्वारा निर्देश दिया गया है कि भूमि विवाद प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिये एवं हर-हाल में इसका ससमय निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करे।उन्होंने निर्देश दिया है कि सभी सीओ एवं थानाध्यक्ष प्रत्येक सप्ताह थाना दिवस पर अनिवार्य रूप से भूमि विवाद को लेकर बैठक कर मामलों का त्वरित निष्पादन करेगे एवं ससमय प्रतिवेदन भेजेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी एसडीओ अपने संबधित अनुमंडल के भूमि विवादों के निष्पादन की नियमित समीक्षा कर अवगत करवाएंगे।   जिलाधिकारी ने कहा की भूमि विवाद को लेकर ही अपराध की ज्यादातर घटनाएं होती है,साथ ही कई बार विधिव्यवस्था की भी समस्या उत्पन्न हो जाती है। भूमि विवाद को लेकर आयोजित बैठक का सकरात्मक परिणाम भी नजर आने लगा है। अब तक जिले में भूमिविवाद को लेकर प्राप्त आवेदनों में कई आवेदनों का ऑन स्पॉट निपटारा किया जा चुका है। स्वयं डीएम-एसपी ने भी भूमि विवाद के कई मामलों की सुनवाई कर उसका त्वरित निष्पादन भी किया है।

Thana Day was organized in all the police stations

In the light of the instructions of District Magistrate Manesh Kumar Meena, on the occasion of Police Station Day, a meeting was held by the Circle Officers and Station Heads for speedy hearing on land dispute cases in all the police stations of the district, on-spot execution of many cases was also done. It is to be noted that the District Magistrate has directed that the land dispute should be the topmost priority of the administration and ensure its timely execution at any cost. Will meet for speedy disposal of cases and send timely reports. He said that all SDOs would regularly review the execution of land disputes of their respective sub-divisions and make them aware. The District Magistrate said that most of the incidents of crime take place due to land dispute, as well as sometimes the problem of law and order also arises. The positive result of the meeting organized regarding the land dispute has also started showing. So far, in the applications received regarding land dispute in the district, on-spot disposal of many applications has been done. The DM-SP himself has also heard many cases of land dispute and has also executed it quickly.
