मारा गया आदमखोर बाघ, बिहार में 7 घंटे के ऑपरेशन के बाद टाइगर के आतंक का अंत।
बगहा वाल्मिकी टाइगर रिजर्व के जंगल से निकलकर आस पास के गांवों में आम लोगों को अपना शिकार बनाने वाले आदमखोर बाघ को आखिरकार मार गिराया गया. अब तक 9 लोगों की जान ले चुके नरभक्षी बाघ को करीब 7 घंटे के रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन के बाद शनिवार को बिहार पुलिस के शूटरों ने मार गिराया. बता दें, बगहा इलाके में आतंक का पर्याय बना चुका यह नरभक्षी बाघ अब तक किसी तरह से काबू में नहीं आ रहा था, जिसके बाद आखिरकार वन पर्यावरण विभाग ने बाघ को मारने का निर्देश दिया था. इस बाघ की तलाश हाथियों के सहारे की जा रही थी. अब बाघ के मारे जाने के बाद बगहा में आदमखोर बाघ के दहशत अंत हुआ.बता दें, चीफ वाइल्ड लाइफ वार्डन ने शुक्रवार को ही नरभक्षी बाघ को मारने के लिए शूटर की टीम गठित की थी. फॉरेस्ट विभाग और बगहा पुलिस की टीम ने साथ मिलकर इस ऑपरेशन को अंजाम दिया है. बीते, 12 सितंबर से लगातार इस आदमखोर बाघ का आतंक जारी था. वन विभाग को रेस्क्यू करने में अब तक सफलता नहीं मिल सकी थी जिसकी लिखित सूचना एनटीसीए को दे दी गई है. दरअसल, बगहा क्षेत्र में ही अब तक 9 लोगों को यह अपना शिकार बना चुका था.

इस नरभक्षी बाघ का शिकार बन जाने से बगहा के जंगल किनारे बसे गांवों में आज हर ओर दहशत और भय का माहौल कायम हो गया था. हर जगह एक ही आवाज आ रही थी- भागो बाघ आया. दिन हो या फिर रात, बाघ की चहलकदमी ने ग्रामीणों के साथ वनकर्मियों की भी नींद उड़ा रखी थी. खेतों में ग्रामीण जाने से परहेज कर रहे थे और गांवों में लोग घर से भी झुंड बनाकर निकल रहे थे. वहीं ग्रामीण इसके विरुद्ध गोलबंद होकर वन विभाग के खिलाफ विरोध भी जता रहे थे. इस बीच स्थानीय निवासियों में आक्रोश को देखते हुए आदमखोर बाघ को मारने का आदेश दे दिया गया था.
आदमखोर बाघ को 26 दिनों से लगातार रेस्क्यू करने के बाद दिनांक 08-10-22 को वन विभाग और शूटर टीम के द्वारा गोवर्धना रेंज में मार दिया गया। जहां चार गोली मारकर उसका अंत किया गया। बता दें कि आदमखोर बाघ ने शनिवार की सुबह मां बेटे को अपना शिकार बनाकर मौत के घाट उतार दिया। आदमखोर बाघ का आतंक इतना बढ़ गया है कि गोवर्धना थाना क्षेत्र के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में दहशत का माहौल उत्पन्न हो गया है।जो दहशत की छाया में जी रहे हैं। बता दें कि बगहा पुलिस जिला के गोवर्धना थाना अंतर्गत बलुआ डुमरी निवासी स्व बहादुर यादव की पत्नी सीमरिका देवी और 07 वर्षीय पुत्र शिवम कुमार को शनिवार को सुबह आदमखोर बाघ ने अपना शिकार बना मौत के घाट उतार दिया।वह अपने पुत्र के साथ सब्जी लेने गई हुई थी, तभी अचानक बाघ ने हमला कर दिया। वही बता दें कि विगत दिन शुक्रवार को भी डुमरी वन विभाग चेक पोस्ट के समीप संजय महतो पिता रामअचल महतो गांव डुमरी निवासी को अपना शिकार बनाकर मार दिया,जहां मौके पर ही मौत हो गई है। वही गुरुवार को भी थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत बगही पंचायत के सिंगाही गांव निवासी मुसहर टोली के रामाकांत मांझी के 12 वर्षीय पुत्री बगड़ी को भी मौत के घाट उतार दिया। वही अब तक वाल्मीकि टाइगर रिजर्व अंतर्गत 09 लोगों को आदमखोर बाघ द्वारा शिकार बनाया गया। जहां गोवर्धना थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत 48 घंटे के अंदर 04 लोगों अपना शिकार बनाकर मार डाला गया। चिंता का विषय यह है कि लगातार मौत होने की घटनाओं से ग्रामीणों में भारी दहशत का माहौल बढ़ गया था। वही आदमखोर बाघ को पकड़ने के लिए 400 वनकर्मीयो का टीम तैनात किया गया था, फिर भी चकमा देकर पकड़ से दूर रहता था।
