 BSAF Dumra के द्वारा तथागत बुद्ध  जयंती कोरोना प्रोटोकॉल के तहत कैलाशपुरी डुमरा में मनाया गया। जिसमें उपस्थित सारे प्रतिभागियों ने अपने अपने विचार बुद्ध के बौद्धिक क्रांति पर रखा। सभी उपस्थित लोगों ने विचारों के मंथन के उपरांत इस बात का निष्कर्ष निकाला कि किस प्रकार हमारे पूर्वजों ने इतने आदर्श संस्कृति को देशबदर कर दिया। अर्थात  दुसरे देशों में बौद्ध की संख्या 90% , 85%, 70 % आदि है। जबकि उनके जन्म स्थली एवं कर्म स्थली पर केवल 6 % ही शेष रह गया है। अर्थात उनके आदर्श संस्कृति ,स्मृति चिन्ह ,अवशेष एवं स्थानों के साथ भी काफी भेदभाव किया।  गया। सब के बावजूद अहीर सुजाता की खीर प्रसाद भोजन योजना का परंपरा जो गांव-गांव तक बुद्ध- स्थान पर करने का फैला हुआ है उसे सही अर्थों में प्रचार प्रसार करने का निर्णय सर्वसम्मति से लिया गया।
